Pumpkins, Squash, etc.


		At Pack Farms we grow several varieties of pumpkins to provide our customers with a variety of shapes and sizes as well as having large, decorative stems. Here is just a sample of the many great recipes you will find in our book: Delicious White Pumpkin Pie This recipe has fewer calories because you use less sugar. We'll bet your family can't taste the difference!
		4 eggs 4 c. white pumpkin mixture 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon	1 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. cloves 1- 12oz. can evaporated milk 2- 9" pie shells
		Prepare pie shells. Heat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl beat the eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Blend well with a hand mixer. Pour mixture into pie shells. Bake 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool. Serve with or without whipped cream.
